Spray on washed and towel-dried hair. Comb through and blow-dry as usual.

If you use multiple styling products, Heat Defender should always be applied first. Remember to comb hair after application, to encourage proper distribution of product on the hair, for more even and effective protection. If hair loses its shape by the next morning, and you need to take it back with a blow dryer or straightening iron, apply a small amount of Hair Defender again before styling.
