You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.
Exchanges apply to regular priced items only. Sale items cannot be returned and are yours to keep.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in its original packaging.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged – and with the same item as originally ordered. If you need to exchange an item, send an email to vividimagestudio@shaw.ca to discuss next steps in the exchange process. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
REFUNDS
Refunds may be accepted on a case by case circumstance, please contact us directly to discuss your return/refund. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Vivid Image Studio. Please email us at vividimagestudio@shaw.ca to discuss your return.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
